On your complimentary consultation call, we will get to know each other, review your scope of work, and make a plan for how to get started. You sign a client agreement form and immediately we start working on making your life easier.

How Much Is It?

We will create the perfect executive administrative support, concierge services and/or event planning package for your monthly needs. Pricing is custom-tailored and based on the tasks requested.

Where Is Sol Support Located?

We are currently located in Washington DC. However we can service clients wherever you may be, at home or abroad, as long as we can speak English to complete your tasks. Please be aware that we will be working from our US Eastern time zone when completing your tasks.

What Will Sol Support Do?

  • Sol Support will provide you with our executive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company, and support executive leadership through a variety of tasks related to effectiveness, organization and communication. Our concierge services plan, manage, and coordinate your requests. Sol Support will produce your event through our meticulous attention to detail, close client coordination, and cost effective planning and execution.

What's The Average Turnaround Time On A Task?

Our goal is to complete your task as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining our standards of excellence, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Please keep in mind some tasks may take longer than others. Ex. Contacting your internet service provider, should you have trouble with your bill or services and waiting on them to resolve it.

Are We Working On The Weekend?

We work standard business hours, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST. You can submit your tasks anytime, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and we will receive the task(s) and begin scheduling them immediately. If you submit a task during the weekend we will begin working on them the following business day.

Will We Be Working On Holidays?

We observe major US holidays and will be offline spending quality time with our family and loved ones on the following dates for the 2021 calendar year:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Memorial Day (May 31st)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 25th)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may terminate your client agreement at any time by any form of written 30 day notification including E-mail. If the agreement is terminated, there will be no future invoices issued for services. Services will continue for the month when the cancellation is received, until the last day of the month. You will be obligated to compensate us through the date of termination.

Does Sol Support Have Any Minimum Charges?

We have a minimum of 24 hour usage per month, which ensures that we can deliver the highest level of executive administrative and concierge services. There are no other minimums.

How Do I Submit Payment?

We accept payment via PayPal, debit cards, credit cards, and checks. Payment can be submitted via Paypal online, or by submitting your billing information over the phone. If you prefer to pay by check, please send your payment to the address on the emailed invoice, or you can pay with an electronic check via Paypal online.
